Frequently Asked Questions

For their safety and to keep class focused, children are not allowed in the studio during class- please plan ahead for their care.

To avoid distractions and interruptions, parents must wait in the seating area of the ACE lobby or hallway.

Aides are welcome to accompany registered students, but must stay outside the studio for space reasons unless they are also enrolled in the class. The studio features a large see-through window for easy viewing.

No worries! You don’t need to purchase these items right away- you can get them at any point during the class. However, we recommend getting them as soon as possible so the registered student can become comfortable using them. Guitars are lent on a first-come first-serve basis for the first 15 students that arrive each day/session.

Yes! At the end of every applicable class, students take part in our ACE Showcase- a special performance where they get to showcase everything they’ve learned over the six weeks!

If you would like to participate in the ACE Showcase, you will need to have the proper clothing as specified by the instructor.

While we won’t be able to provide a guitar once all are claimed for a session, listening to practice is just as valuable as playing! Please note that students will be penalized for leaving the session early, regardless of guitar availability.

No, guitars lent to students must remain at the ACE Center. We recommend that students borrow a guitar from family or friends, or purchase their own, and bring it to their next session so the instructor can tune it.

Unfortunately, the ACE Center guitars are unavailable for purchase. You may speak with the instructor for store recommendations if needed, or borrow one from family or friends.
