Our Mission

Edinburg Cultural Arts (ACE Center) celebrates the diverse & vibrant communities of the Rio Grande Valley through equitable and inclusive art programs, festivals and events.

The Cultural Arts Division hosts various events throughout the year. Events include festivals such as the “Out of This World” UFO Conference and Festival, FridaFest, and the South Texas International Film Festival, art exhibits, theatrical performances, concerts and conferences. As a promoter of culture, the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library has taken the initiative in using literature and visual arts to positively impact our local community. Festivals are sponsored by the City of Edinburg and exhibits are held throughout the year at the Roberts Family Exhibit Hall at the Sekula Memorial Library.
