Artist Eligibility
The South Texas Arts Festival invites visual artists working in all mediums to apply. All artwork must be original and handcrafted by the exhibiting artist. No commercial, mass-produced, or imported work will be accepted.

Medium description of materials and technique (500 words max)

Artist Set Up: June 12, 2025
VIP Opening Reception: June 13, 2025, 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
South Texas Arts Fair Opens to the Public: June 14, 2025, 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of arts professionals in a blind jury process.
Judging criteria includes:Originality and creativity
Quality of workmanship
Consistency of body of work

If you are selected to participate in the inaugural South Texas Arts Fair on June 13 to 14, 2025, you must decide and provide your booth fee by June 2, 2025.
$200: 10'x10' Standard Booth (one booth per artist)
$500: 20'x10' Standard Booth (one booth per artist)

Artists retain 100% of their sales. Texas State Sales Tax is the responsibility of each artist.
