Rules and Regulations

All coordinator decisions are final. The Cultural Activities Board reserves the right to refuse any vendor application for any reason at its own discretion.

Jardin del Arte, Time & Location:

Jardin Del Arte will be every second Friday of the month from 7 - 10 p.m. at the City Hall Courtyard located at 415 W. University Dr. in Edinburg, Texas.

Set-up:

Set up time is between 5:00 – 6:45 p.m. The Jardin del Arte begins at 7 p.m. with tear-down at 10 p.m.

Registration Fee:

Non-refundable entry fee. Application and registration fee must be submitted the Friday before the scheduled Jardin del Arte event. Payments must be made in cash or check only.

Rain Clause:

Rain Check on space rentals will be made only if set up cannot be made by 4:00 p.m.

Facilities:

Outdoor event at the City Hall Courtyard. Single space 10 X 10.

Parking:

Parking available on the south side of City Hall.

>Disposal of Food & Trash:

Double-bag food according to Health Code. Trash should be placed in receptacle; boxes should be broken down. No dumping in sewers except for water and ice.

Food Vendors:

Must have appropriate City of Edinburg Health Permits; 415 W. University, (956) 388-8203. Vendors are responsible for clean up area during and after the event.

Pets:

None allowed.
